So I usually think 247 is a pretty legit cfb site... and then I read this article and had to do a double take. That last sentence... come again?

I agree. Pretty ridiculous. You do realize all of the recruiting sites are comprised of folks that didn't play sports right?

They are running out of things to write.

In the aggregate, 247 is better at evaluating high school prospects than the other sites, but that is about it.

Did anyone have Burrow as the #1 overall pick after his junior year? Did anyone even have him as a first rounder?

You never know.

Alot of things changed for Burrow between the 2018 season and 2019 season. Not too much has changed for Mond.

But, if he made a significant and nearly unprecedented leap in accuracy he could get himself in to the first round. The NFL overdrafts quarterbacks every year.

Non-accurate QBs don’t become accurate. The OC can give him much better throws to play into his skill set, but I don’t think accuracy can be taught. Yes, it can be improved with better foot work and mechanics, but Mond has had all that coaching.

It was one of the knocks on Mond coming out of IMG and he had an All-Star around him to help.

I don't think accuracy is the issue. I think he gets to nervous/rattled at the start of games (particularly away games). That appears when he has the most issues. They need to utilize his legs more at the start of games to get him going.

Not sure about the entire season, but Burrow was pretty darn good towards the end of the 2018 season.

When you are only completing 61% of your passes, accuracy is an issue.

Jeaux did. He also said LSU would score over 40 pts a game. They laughed at him on the Finebaum show. Who’s laughing now? Big Richard Joe is

Mond has no deep ball accuracy. Stack the box make him throw over the top and he won’t be completing many of them.

Maybe it’s their aversion to the concept of “rooms”, they just have a qb locker, and it’s taken.

Still don’t know how this happened, but I played golf today with Kevin Mond, Kellen’s dad. He’s a super nice guy and he said the Aggies start back June 1 for practice. I had to bite my tongue all day, as we discussed this years team. He also said, if there was no football, it would cost Texas A&M so much money, they’d have to cancel all women’s sports and most of the other men’s sports.

Ex-SVHS QB, now QB for Wyoming, Levi Williams’ mom told my wife they are reporting back this next week and will have to take an antibody test, if negative, he has to quarantine for 14 days before starting practice.

Too much money to lose, it will start, but stadiums will only be allowed to sell at “half capacity”. This whole hysteria is retarded and should go away, people are not dying and the case numbers do not support this type of reaction.

Some teams including Texas have already sold more than half capacity in season tickets.

Looks like Ryan Leaf got arrested for domestic violence. I was hoping the man could turn it around. I guess the demons got him. I listed to his show on Pac12 radio.

That’s the question I asked. What about the season ticket holders? How do distinguish who does and does not get to attend?

I think they’re waiting to see how the pro sports go that start 1st. There shouldn’t be any reason not to play in full stadiums.

All it’s gonna take is one person catching the “hoax” and the media will run with it like rabid dogs. They want and need this country shut down. I assure you, if they succeed and a democrat wins the election, you will NEVER hear about the Coronavirus again. That won’t happen, so get ready to listen to this for at least 4 more years.

CFB is looking at multiple billions of dollars lost for a bunch of universities, money will win out over publicity, watch.

X2. I don’t think he could hit a WR 3 out of 10 throws on anything past 20 yards and or crossing. He’s cost us so many games, it’s comical now. Maybe, and I say that cautiously, maybe we get to see King early in the season and it’s a no brainer.
