      Do you bake them? It seems as if they would be soggy.

        no don't bake them, just let the crackers soak up the oil and seasoning. Put them in a sealable plastic or glass jar and the first few days just filp the jar upside down and let the seasoning work it's way back thru.

            these things are great... my wife calls them texas spicy crackers, but its the same recipe... very good

              We have made bags of these with oyster crackers at Christmas time for neighbor gifts. My kids love em but for some reason we don't have many left after they get done. For a twist try adding 2 to 1 crackers and pecans then toast in the oven on 225 for about an hour. They are great.
