    Good point! Stopped down a wee bit is usually the sweet spot on most lenses

      Looks like she was f/5, could go to f/5.6 and see what it looks like. The problem I see with that is ISO will have to go up or shutter would need to go down to compensate, neither of which are conducive to sharper images on a potentially moving subject early or late.

      I’m betting it’s JPEG conversion and possibly ever so slightly some motion blur/missed focus

        Shoot in raw is step 1. That lens should be sharp even wide open, but at 5.6 and iso of 100-200 would be great
