When I was a youngster my go to was Mrs Baird. But I would have to say these are the best.

Give me some pies from the fried pie shop in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Peach, Blueberry, Blackberry, you name it, they're great.

Love’em. I’d give a nickel to have someone post a recipe for how to make the dough for a homemade fried pie. Years back had one made by an elderly lady on a buttered up cast iron griddle with peach preserves as filler. Hard to beat a from scratch fried pie.

Butter or lard and flour, mix it up, roll it out then fill and fry.

The ones SK posted are by far my favorites. Coconut or lemon, good stuff.

There used to be a place in Buffalo that made some awesome fried pies, the real secret was that they would sell you their used grease, I would buy it when I had a big fish fry coming up, man that grease would fry some good fish.

Baker’s Ribs in Canton had the best fried pies I’ve ever had.
