Sausage making- open invite

This is an open invite for anyone who wants to come make sausage in the DeWitt county area. We could always use the extra help. Very friendly group of people that have been doing this for a very long time. We make approximately 1300 lbs of sausage on Saturday to be smoked overnight and served to the public on Sunday afternoon. We do this twice a year and it is great every time. If you want to come out and make some sausage or just hang out and watch anyone is welcome. Lunch is served and the beer is cold . The hall is located 11 miles west of Yorktown off of Hwy 119 between Yorktown and Gillette. The road has been repaved and it is smooth sailing all the way to the hall.

I have never helped make the sausage at this event but I've been there and have eaten the sausage. They do a great job and there are a LOT of people there.
