Default Mox Dawgs First Dove Hunt

Sure wasnt the best day for dove at the deer lease but was able to knock a couple down for my dog that just got out of training with Wade Cashion at Texas Duck Dogs.

He Had a couple issues on the first 2 birds with mainly not getting a good eye on the birds coming in. But this is his first time dove hunting we are in a lower area with mesquite surrounding us making it hard to see them drop.

Wade called me gave me a few tips and informed me that I was being too strict he told me make it fun throw a dead bird or 2 for him and get him worked up rub it in his face of how much fun a dove is

Next bird I shot I did that exactly, and the one after that one he retrieved perfect on the rest from then on out.

Ended up being a great hunt and hes doing awesome highly recommend Wade to anyone he can speak to dogs I swear it!

Mox is 9months old and has a lot of birds coming under his belt in the future!

Default training?

Curious what your guy charges to train and how long he keeps the dog?
