Saw the update. Pulled over 3:30 in the morning. Car was to be towed due to owing the county funds/taxes. Would not exit his vehicle. Taser attempt did not work. He exits car shooting, hitting both officers. A buddy picks him up and they leave. Found later in a lical home. He surrenders!!!![emoji849] Wow.....wth!
