Country style pork ribs (3-3.5lbs)
Uncle Chris’ steak seasoning
Stubb’s Dr. Pepper sauce
Minced Garlic
Season ribs liberally with Uncle Chris, pour a little sauce in the bottom of a crockpot then layer the ribs and pour the rest of the sauce on top. Set for 6hrs on high and when you get back from the stand at dark make some mash taters and it’s on like Donkey Kong
Only thing I’d done different is keep it on high and open the lid to thicken the sauce while making the taters
