Harbor Freight has a mini cut-off saw for about $30, works like a champ.

An option to the angle grinder is LBBFs note on the dremel tool. Works fine, make two cuts then the G5 Arrow Squaring Device.

I just use a cut-off wheel in my Dremel tool, secured in my workbench with a vise. I put a wood "stopper" held in place with a clamp on the nock end, then rotate the shaft into the wheel by hand. If you're careful, it works great. ALWAYS wear safety glasses!
