    I had to go for a walk...

    Yep, I had to get my sugar levels down, was up to 161 : okay did that and shot a couple of photos using my Tokina AT-X f/2.8 manual focus lens on the Canon 30D along with of course the Cokin ND8 filter.

              The Cokin 62mm ring threads onto the front of the lens.. I have 3 different rings for the size I need 58mm, 62mm and 72mm and can use the same filter on all of them.

              Just like in this photo here where the Cokin is mounted on my EF 28-200mm lens.
