    Buffalo Breasts

    Tried a new one I thought of and like it better than bacon wrapped. No gamey taste. Don’t know if this has been done before.

    Figure on at least the same number of birds per person that would use making dove poppers.

    Fillet the meat off the breast.
    Dredge the fillets in flour, no seasoning required.
    Fry in a skillet with a little oil.
    Toss the strips in Franks Hot Wing Sauce (or whichever brand you like).
    Serve with dipping sauce of your liking.

      Done it. It ends up tasting simliar to chicken gizzards with wing sauce. I love that, but for others it might be a little tough to stomach.
