We can't be too far from Team Bean just cut and pasting the same thread year after year. It's easily the most consistant group of greatness year after year.

In for a stiring!

Guys I would like to throw out an option this year. I have been introduced to a new bean, its called an Anasazi Bean that I get from Northern NM. Its awesome and in my opion a better option to the standard pinto. If all team members agree I can order some in from the reservation. Besides the taste they do not take quite as long to cook and you dont have to soak.

I will also sign up to bring all the other ingredients.

You have been around long enough to know we don't ever soak or wash our beans We just boil them to death.

We prefer the long cooking time, it allows more team members an opportunity to stir the pot!

How many pounds of beans do I need to get? I have to order them from dove creek Colorado.

Are we planning enough to make a slip in slide for reckless cherry?
