I see both sides of it. I hate when it appears an item is in stock and then ends up having a super long lead time. I’m fine with placing backorders if you know it going in and it’s impossible to find anywhere else.
Midway has been really good about back orders for the most part, but if it goes too long they will just cancel it, which I find annoying. A lot of times it comes in stock 1-3 weeks after that. They cancelled my order for 6.5mm Partitions which I’d assumed had been discontinued or something, then I see them in stock on Nosler’s site.Comment
