    Drum fan motor

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement fan motor for my drum fan? It’s a 36” direct drive that was rained on before I could get it unplugged. It will run for 30 seconds then starts smoking before it trips the breaker. Located in Conroe. Thanks in advance

Johnstone Supply off I45 and Airtex area or Grainger I45 south of 1960.

You should be able to match up the motor specifications. RPM, HP, Frame Size, Amp Draw etc. It might have a bad capacitor

Thanks all. I need to pull the motor and take it down there. The fan will start and run briefly before tripping the breaker so I don’t feel like it’s the capacitor. Below is a pic of the label

For what they charge you could buy a new fan.

This is looking to be the answer. They don’t have anything with the same HP for that style of mounting brackets. And they start at $200...
