Somervell County/Glen Rose Hunting

Anyone hunting that area? I may have a chance to hunt with a customer. Just wondering what it is like. They don't hunt the place but said i probably could.

Said they have quite a few deer. ….and lots of pigs…..that’s what my little boy wants is the shoot some pigs

Rugged in lots of places there. But does have deer. And if you have a creek or the river near by, you'll prob have turkeys too.

From what I have heard the hogs are getting bad. I have seen some nice deer out that way. I wish I could find a place to hunt thats affordable out there being thats its close to home

Not much, but like anywhere else, you never know. Most nocturnal.

There’s some big deer on the power plant property, I knew a guy that leased property that joined it and they killed some dang good deer.
