Any Protein Content?

I've thought about trying to pour some sweet feed on the ground in my shooting lanes after reading other comments on TBH. Does sweet feed have any other benefits besides being an attractant?

I believe the stuff from tractor supply is something like 12% protein.

I know my deer seem to like it. Not sure on the protein content

If you are only using it in shooting lanes while you are hunting (more or less) I don't know if protein content will help a whole lot. Of course, still better than corn. But deer do like the sweet feed and it does have some protein content.

My deer love it. I pour 50 lbs in a tub at my feeder every other week. I work out of town 7 days and home 7 days. The deer love it. I get the 10 or 12%

I do not have a trough or gravity feeder. I hunt very small private acreage and public. That's why I pour on the ground.
