New buck caught cruising this past weekend, looking for thoughts on age. I'm leaning towards 5.Name: Screenshot_20181028-154217_Gallery.jpg

Looks like a lean and mean 3-4 year old to me. But you know your herd.

I can see 5. But wouldn't be shocked if he was a healthy 4

Great deer regardless.

5+ and a stud of a buck. Good luck if you decide to chase him.

Love when the beams come together. I see a healthy 4, but can get him to 5 as well.

I say 4 on that one. I’d shoot him, too!

I'm right there with you, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was 4.

Sounds like we are all mostly on the same page. He'll most likely get the pass this year unless for some reason I happen to be 100% positive on 5-6 if/when I see him on the hoof.

I'm a sucker for when the main beams come all the way forward like that.

I think he's 5+. No 3 year old is going to have that mass, and that transition from neck to body is seamless.

5.5 or more. And I think he’s going to be right at 130. I thought maybe 132ish, but that beam on his right sure does wrap in pretty quick, making me think it’s only 18” or so, but he’s got good tine length. Good luck! He’s a shooter in my book
