hoping to finish this up this week. I have about $50-$60 in metal in it at this point. The chairs were laying around and I decided to try them out instead of fabricating them. 16' ladder is in the works. Nearly everything is 1x1" 14 gauge square. I think the pads will rot out pretty quickly. Plan is to cut some expanded metal to replace them and bring a seat cushion at that point. I will post some pics when it gets setup.

Got the stand put up yesterday. It is 16' from the ground to your feet. Going to give it a test run Monday night.

Two ratchet straps. One on the back and one on the 45 degree brace. The tree has a Y that it sits in.

If I remember correctly it is around 48" wide and the expanded metal part for your feet is a little less than 2' deep. I was trying to keep the weight down because tilting this thing up takes two people at a minimum.
