    Red Dot

Anyone ever use a red dot on their bow instead of pin sights?

    #2
I hunted with a re dot for years, I used a set up by pollington. It was a starlight scope and a fixed bracket. Once a red dot is set up they are great. This is a single yardage set up. The multi yardage type bracket with red dot are also good but I never good good grouping at Long distance. No peep is used.

Im most likely going to the Pollington next year. Im riggin a bow that will be set up strictly for whitetail hunting. I dont shoot em over 25 yards anyway.

Better check with TP&W,I don't think this is legal for game animals.

It is illegal in Colorado but not in Texas. As long as no light like a lazer is projected onto the animal your good to go.

. Hehehehhe. I know man, drives me crazy.

You know, at least 7 or 8 years ago, NYPD had a ridiculous trigger pull, specially built for their Glocks...I want to say it was 17lbs (I went to a Glock armorer course) The thought was it will help keep a cop from accidentally shooting someone.

I'd like to take those folks out to "pet the rabbits."
