On Tuesday my best friend from high school texted me to tell me his mom had passed away after a relatively short battle with cancer. During my high school years she was my second mom. She truly was larger than life and would immediately drop anything to help out a friend or someone in need. She will be dearly missed by many many people.

In addition to this, December of 2018, the same best friend had to bury his Dad after a long fight with cancer.

When you get a chance please send up a prayer for the Cunningham family. They certainly could use them right now.
