I’ve made one since yours. I’ve gotten lazy lately, I used a big electric smoker to cook pulled pork and ribs. Pretty good[emoji106]

Few days off during the week I do home health visits checking on different folks. Those hours are whatever I want them to be. Usually 10-3 ish extra money and keeps me from being bored during the week if I'm off and still get to take my kid to/from school

I’m a Firefighter/Paramedic. We do 24 on/48 off which is awesome. Gives me lots of opportunities to hunt and fish as I please. This time of year I hammer the side gig on my days off so that once a September hits all my days off are spent at the lease.
