Why the colchicine? Were you Fighting the gout at the same time or does it have an effect on the virus as well? I assume it helped flush your system!?

the Colchicine is for the cytokine storm that can follow initial illness, when people are sick for a few days, feel better then tank....correct its a gout med but works other ways as well. Just like viagra was a cardiac med but more money in boners than good hearts

I had it and took the Ivermectin...I'm a believer!

1 hour after my first dose my sore throat and ear ache completely disappeared.

No meds from the Dr. when I had it. I already knew that Vitamin C, B Complex, and Zinc was good and had already been using it. I had one bad day and night and after that it was like a bad cold. Worst thing was loss of senses. I was really tired for three weeks after though, just now getting over that.

I have been having blood pressure problems since, don’t know if that’s related or not. The Dr. can’t seem to get it lowered either.

my wife and i had it about a month ago and we both had different effects from it. i had cough, loss of energy and smell. she had headaches and loss of smell. i will say we didnt know we lost smell until she was picking out candles for the house out of our pantry and none of them smelled like anything. i picked the strongest smell i could think of. a jar of horse radish. neither of us felt the burn or smell of it. but wasnt that bad of an experience.

I know I need to quit but has anyone tested positive that smokes cigarettes? Just wondering how bad of a go it was. We mostly stay to ourselves but for the past few months I’ve been helping a sick TBHer sell some stuff and have came in contact with more people in the past 6 months that I have in the prior 3 years combined and has gotten me to thinking more and more about it.

Take care of yourself, and stay ahead of it. My BIL tested positive, was feeling tired and puny around the house for a few days, and is now in the hospital fighting this horrible COVID virus. Let us know how you are doing.

You can find it at tractor supply or any feed store ...its a horse wormer :-)

I feel for you. I tested positive on the 6th of Jan. I was lucky that mine was a mild case. Headache and nausea were the worst. No fever and didn’t lose my sense of taste or smell.

Went and looked at a lease this past weekend and it has a lot of cedar so I thought it caused my allergies to flair up. Called my Dr to get something for it and called me in something but also wanted me to go get tested just to be on the safe side. Well the test same back positive for Covid. Other than a runny nose and a lite cough from drainage I feel pretty good.
