Attaching feeder to a tree not hanging

I have a location that the best option for a feeder more than a 5 gal bucket is to attach to a tree. I have a 15 gal feeder I want to use but it's hard enough to raise a 5 gal feeder and don't have a limb big enough to one to hang. So I want to attach it to a tree. But I need a small spacer or something to set it off of the tree so I can operate the lid. Any ideas.

This is what we use for 55 gal feeders.

Maybe run some good sized lag bolts through the feeder barrel from the inside and screw to the tree.

Kenco used to make a 15gal straight shooter to do what I want. But they not made any more.

Moultrie makes a fish feeder that shoots out like the straight shooter. You could probably ratchet strap it to the tree.

Maybe find a tailgate feeder same concept as the fish feeder & mount the same way.

I use to strap 55 gallon barrels to the tree with two separate straps. Worked fine for me. Lol your gonna need a ladder or a truck to fill it though.

Stand it off with short pieces of condui or pipe. Ur giving the coons easy access tho. They can wreck a timer. Good luck

Doesn't someone make a feeder that mounts onto a 4x4? That would be the be perfect to put any where I want it. Is that the fish feeder?
