Boards are all done. Clear dried, got the legs assembled, and the LED lights installed.

          Thanks for the complement!

Yessir. They’re better made than some of the ones I had seen a year or two ago. Hopefully they last a little bit, but I was pretty satisfied with the quality for the price. They have a color selector so you can do white, red, or blue.

              Those are really nice!

I may have to attempt this over the winter, I'm not sure about all that staining though...I HATE stain. Did you stain the star white?

Nicely done. I made a set and in spite of all my careful planning I reversed the white and red! SMH

No the star is “reverse stain” it got 3 coats of clear and dried. Then when you stain over it later, it takes a light tint of the stain, but still pops around the rest of the area.

I hate stain too. These were a giant, time consuming pain in the butt. But it’s what I wanted and I’m happy with the results.

Oh no! I literally double checked probably a half dozen times through the process.

It was a bit of a whipin'
I made a steel template. Then used it to cut the shape out of stickers I had left over from my old packaging.
