I just got a quote from a metal building construction crew and thought it was fair and went with it. Was literally finished 3 days after ordering it.

Just some ideas, I’ve been researching it because I have a similar building.

I’m about to do a thread myself for the finish out.

Here’s what I’ve found as far as ideas to minimize having to add a ton of framing.

thanks, yeah im going back and forth on it. want to make sure i can still easily run and mount electric boxes etc. i got like 200 2x4 out there already so most likely will just do a 24" OC.

Got a bit done today. Even talked the wife into giving me a hand here and there.

About halfway through with framing the interior and got tired of having to jump up in there so started the deck.

Is the patio deck tied into the patio cover frame?
I was thinking about a similar deck and cover

yes it is. i anchored it with some 3" sheet metal screws. seems real sturdy but i will most likely go back with some carriage bolts later on or throw some concrete blocks under it....just in case.

Do you think it could ever be moved without taking apart? How much do u think you’ll have in it finished out? Thinkin bout building something like this to live in on our property while we build. Thought it would be a good way to not loose money on a rv or mobile home.
