3-4 cinnamon raisin bagels, sliced in half and cut into 1" pieces
4 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon, based on preference
1 pint fresh or 12 oz frozen blueberries (+/- , as desired)
Place bagel pieces into a 1 gallon zip loc bag. Whisk together (mix well) next 7 ingredients and pour into bag. Place in bowl in refrigerator and leave overnight.
Pour into 9 x 13 dish, sprinkle blueberries over top.
350 degress for ~ 40 minutes
