    Jurassic Pork, 11-03-15

Got to my set up around 4p only to notice my battery popped out of feeder and apparently had not been feeding for a week or so. So I pushed battery in and set off feeder 3 or 4 times. I did not think I was gonna see anything. Just before dark this big boar comes strolling in. I waited for a broadside shot and let my GR fly. This is the deal with video. Full disclosure every time !! I made a horrible shot. I throat punched this dude. Not where I was aiming but proved very lethal. Boar piled up about 35 yards away. Shout out to Brad-Bradical BH for helping me out. Thanks bro.

That boar isn't Nighttrain, it's BUB--big ugly boar.

Sometimes bad shots turn out good as it did in this case--go back and shoot another one.

Thanks Rob. I should have filmed the blood trail leading to the hog but I was concerned with lighting and wasn't gonna mess with it. Brad found it. I was actually standing about 8 ft from it and didn't even see it. Good times bro. Good luck Rob.

Very nice. I've had a couple of those bad shots that turned out to be good good shots. Rather be lucky than good! =)

Great boar. Surprised he slipped up and came in that early.
