    Help Needed-Pecan Pie

I know it's short notice but my Mom asked me today to find her a Recipe for Pecan Pie. Knowing this site is where anyone can get the best help or leads.
I'm not asking for your secret recipes, however if you want to offer them, it will be greatly appreciated.

    Happy Holidays, Molina Family.

Go to the store and get a bottle of KARO syrup and the best recipe is on the back of the label. My wife uses it and it is mighty good.

Here's good one... not mine originally but a very old proven recipe:

      Buttermilk Pecan Pie

      1/2 cup butter
      2 cups sugar
      5 eggs
      2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
      2 Tbsp. lemon juice
      1 tsp. vanilla extract
      1 cup buttermilk
1 cup (plus a little to your taste) chopped pecans
1 unbaked pastry shell (10 inches)

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Blend in flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
Stir in buttermilk and pecans. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack.
Store in fridge. Yield 8 servings
