    Fajita turkey breast

    Wanting to do some fajitas with my turkey. Just wondering what yall would think was a good marinade for the meat? Was thinking about red wine vinegar with some onion, and bell pepper, let it soak over night. Then sprinkle with what ever seasonings, and cooking on the fire. Anything yall got to fine tune this?

    got a similar recipe. that sounds great! it always good to melt some butter and use in the marinade.

      place meat in foil with spices, marinade and butter then grill. you can also slice up some bell peppers and an onion and add them to the mix!

        Keep in mind, turkey breast is very lean, meaning it will be very dry if you're not careful cooking it... Prolly not the best choice for fajitas...

          I like using Italian dressing and a little butter on my turkey fajitas. Combined with bell peppers and onions over mesquite wood is hard to beat. 90% of my turkeys end up this way!!
