Almost all bowtech made bows this is including diamond, have easily adjustable cams with a sliding module that all you need is an Allen wrench to adjust and no bow press. Like said above, I wouldn’t spend all your budget on the bow I’d buy a decent bow and spend the rest on quality accessories as these are interchangeable and when you find the ones you like they will likely stay with you as you upgrade and swap out bows.

My first bow was the same Mission Ballistic. I love it and haven't considered upgrading at all. Shoots great and brings home the venison every year.
