Good day to play hookie and get ready for Lake Georgetown

Have tons of sick hours and decided to take the day off to prep for Saturday's opener:

    1. Woke up early and made breakfast for daughter and I.
    2. Wrote "To Do List".
    3. Headed to Archery Country to take qualifier test. Got there at 10:20 am and parking lot was full of cars. Found out they had a home educated group there (found out from one of the teachers/sponsors).
    4. Passed my test. Yes I was nervous but did it.
    5. Went to Academy to get my hunting license, more corn, etc.
    6. Went home to get my dolly, step ladder, etc. to fill feeder that I set up 3 weeks ago.
    7. Went to pay for my $90 license and get my permit.
    8. Went to my hunting area and set up my blind.
    9. Sfter a few hours, stopped at Tracie's Tavern in Seward Junction to cool off with a cold beer.
    10. Got home and jumped in the pool to get rid off "crap smell" as my wife calls it.
    11. Meat nachos for dinner with a Lone Star!!!

    Great day to play hookey.

    Good luck to all Saturday!!!
