        I think I was probably making around $3.50 or $3.75 an hour running a dozer. Starvation wages except for the OT, which we got plenty of. Good guns were just as hard to afford then as they are now.

                  I remember it well! I also remember how hard it was to come up with an extra $100-150 dollars, for years past that! I also remember working my tail off to bring home what an 1100 cost!

                    There is still a Gibson’s in Weatherford too, unless it has closed in the past couple of years. You can find stuff at Gibson’s that nobody else has.

                              Bought my 1100 in 83 at Gibson’s. Was bout a 1/2 mile bike ride. My best friend and I were always in there.

                                Gibson’s they have it when you can’t find it anywhere else. Love the store am in ours once a week atleast
