... it is pretty rare to see three cruise ships at port in San Diego at the same time. Was out in San Diego this week for a conference and the news media was all over this, saying this was a very rare site so I had to snap one of it.

Rare? I live close to there now(sucks basically) but there is always 1-2 in port and I've seen 3 and I've only been there 4 years and don't go to the bay that much, it's 45 min. away

According to all the news reports, this is a pretty rare sight. I guess the local news stations could be wrong.

I have seen the tallest building on the left(the pointed one) swaying after a small quake. Watched it from the flight deck across the bay at north island! Ahhh the memories!
