If you don't bring your own beer, don't bother showing up. Free loaders are never welcome & set the wrong tone for the weekend.

Which leads to - do not leave your vehicle where it keeps things from getting done-that’s truck, 4 wheeler, or tractor

Secure empty corn/feed bags. Flying out the back of the truck is unacceptable.

Bryant, don't take any guest be it male or female you wouldn't proudly take to a family reunion & you'll be fine...you gotta good foundation on growing up around the campfire, so just build on it vs overthinking it.

As you know, it can be a fellow member who can actually embarrass your guest at camp from time to time vs the counter.

Expecting visits being so close this season.

Man, alot of these rules are reasons why Im no longer on those kind of leases.

Common sense and courtesy go a long way.

Im glad im on a lease with one other TBHer and its free range to do whatever. been that way for 5 or 6 years with no issues

Nothing can be shot unless I see it first.
Only 1 stand total can be used.
I have to be at the lease before anyone can hunt it.
So far nobody has broken or disagreed with the rules.

I am on a lease by myself.

Don't make comments about another member's Mom being hot-even if she is.
Don't complain about the cooking unless the cook is too drunk to recognize your well intended satire.
Do bring extra beer in case someone runs out (you'll make lots of friend's this way)
Do help skin deer at the rack. Everyone appreciates a hand, just don't get in the way.
Do offer to drive and drop people off at their spots.

This is why my kids enjoy it so much, they are 5 and 7. Blizzards for lunch and candy for supper. Oh and no bed time.

Just be a producer, not a consumer. Show up with more food, firewood, beer, etc. than you will use.

At our place, we keep things a group effort. Fix stuff when its broken, clean camp together before leaving. If you are driving in and there are already people there that have been there a day or two, call and ask if there is anything they need. (we have one of those places you don't want to have to make the 3 hr round trip to HEB).

Most of all, only be an A-hole in a joking manner. Never be a real A-hole.

Mainly common sense and golden rule type stuff.
Don't hunt other peoples stands and spot unless they tell you that you can.
Don't drive around jumping deer off other peoples feeders and sets.
Don't use other peoples equipment they leave out there unless given permission.
Don't p!$$ off the landowner. (this cant get you and everyone else kicked off)
Leave gates how you find them.

All of these are great! My wife actually hunts and is a lease member. Hard to tell her she can't come. . .besides, I would put her hunting abilities up against most others. She will sit all day, no problem. . she helps clean up camp and you can't embarrass or shock her, she is married to me!
To me the only couple is DON'T BE LAZY or CHEAP! Be respectful and celebrate any kill, no matter what!
