    Ribeye!!!!

I know there are a ton of ways to cook your ribeye.

My tried and true is Tony’s, garlic salt and black pepper

I am wanting to try a marinade, what’s your favorite?

Salt/pepper. Little bit of olive oil to coat before seasoning.

Best marinade ever made for steak.

Soy sauce or soy base(Allegro) lightly coated. Season with Tex Joy Steak and Uncle Chris. Hard sear to MR.

Marinade is generally for bad cuts of meat...

Ribeye - I change it up occasionally.....but preferably over mesquite. Hot coals to MR quick....

Chupacabre steak seasoning - butter pat right before you pull it off

Kosher salt, restaurant black pepper - butter pat right before you pull it off

Chupacabre brisket magic - butter pat right before you pull it off

Barnacle Dust - butter pat right before you pull it off

            Never tried it but heard:
            Coca Cola
            Worcestershire
            Garlic Powder
            Salt
            Pepper
            Good luck

That Chupacabra looks good, where do you pick it up from?

Garlic salt. Pepper. 3 minutes per side over hot coals. Pad of butter on top and let its sit while you dish up your sides.

Do not marinate long, it’ll be too salty!

I’m a “don’t mess with my Rib Eye” kinda guy. Strait up extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and put on a fire so hot the meat jumps off of the grill. I never use steak sauce. But I’m on a kick right now where I am putting Cajun Power Garlic Sauce on the steak liberally after I flip the first time. Then flip back over for maybe 30 seconds and pull and rest. Adds a new level of flavor that I really like. Cajun Power is found at your local HEB in the Cajun spice section. Yes we have our own section. Enjoy if you try.

Hot fire. Coarse sea salt and ground pepper. It’s hard to screw it up. Preferably a prime steak.

I don’t recommend a marinade either. I like Hardcore Carnivore Black seasoning on my steaks, I wrap in foil to rest with some butter. Can’t hardly beat it.

Salt, Pepper, worchestershire and Garlic. I do coat in olive oil but that just makes sure the seasoning stays. Then after the grill some horseradish butter. Simple and can't beat it.
