      1 CAN OR BOTTLE DARK BEER

      1 CUP SOY SAUCE

      1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

      3 TBSP BROWN SUGAR

      1 TBSP MORTON TENDER QUICK CURING SALT

      1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT

      3-4 TBSP COARSELY GROUND BLACK PEPPER, DIVIDED

      Add pepper after you pat dry before you place on smoker.

          Next up is my favorite Bloody Mary.

          1 bottle Bloody Mary mix
          Then make like you would a pitcher of Bloody Mary for a drink.

          I use dripping springs Vodka, Worcester, pickle juice, black pepper, chopped garlic, and 1 table spoon curing salt.

          Marinate for 24 hours minimum then pull out and pat dry. Dust with celery salt and and place on smoker.

                          Liquid Smoke
                          Onion Powder
                          Garlic Salt
                          Black Pepper
                          Red Pepper Flakes
                          Teriyaki Sauce (optional)

                          Marinate overnight, cook at 125 for 17-18 hours. Best jerky EVER!
