          Most of the honey in the store has been cut with corn syrup, thats why there is a big difference in taste. Also the area that the bees reside is a determinate factor in taste as is the time of the year too.

                Thank you guys very much. Just for clarity I enjoy sharing some of the more unique knives I’ve had the opportunity to make for some great folks. It continues to be a passion and source of enjoyment.

                        Thanks for the kind words. You beekeepers are a special bunch. I hope to start some hives in a few years up at our place. You can't compare store bought with what you guys produce naturally - unbelievable. Side note, my wife would almost swear it helped her improve quickly when she had covid but who knows - good stuff either way!

                          Ours have done wonders. We have 4 colonies ( i think that's what they all them) on our family property.
