There’s a place in Vinton called Insane Sausage that’s good but I don’t think it’s open on Tuesdays

Definitely Homsi’s, and pick up some smoked green onion sausage too. Everyone that has tried it says it is some of the best they have had.

Famous Foods…you have to try the Soft and Spicy Cracklin. It’ll make your tongue beat your brains out.

Insane sausage om Hwy 109, 3 miles past the Tx, La state line. I think it may be open on Weekends only.
Famous Foods on Hwy 14, B&O on Old Spanish Trail, between West Lake and Sulphur.

Nonc Kev's in Rayne has the best chicken Cracklin. I know it's farther east than you ask but I am in Waco and thinking about driving to get some.
