Have been using Griffeths in Burnet for about 20 years
Every once in a while I will take one to hunters Creek they do pretty good as well
Check with the processor you plan to use to make sure they will except it how you have it I know that Griffeths will only take it with the skin on not quartered up I don’t know any other places that do that but there might be

When I lived in Austin, I used to make the drive to Elgin and use Southside Meat Market.

Westphalia Market in Hutto. The Jalapeno Cheddar burgers are the best. They make good sausage too. Very reasonable in price too.

Kleins meats in Pflugerville. It is run out of their garage, been goin there for 15 years. They support military and first responders with a discount as well. Great people and a great product that is your animal, not a mix of everyone elses.
