"Elgato HD60 Pro" is he wanting a gaming rig or just something to capture with?



NVidia 3090 or AMD Radeon RX 6800/6900 (if you can find one) if not the GTX 2080ti is still a power house.

Most good GPUs are hard to come by right now.
