Update:

I sent the same picture to their safety guy yesterday. I'm outside vendor.

This morning I get in and their guy that does minor maintenance on trucks, among other things. He proceeds to tell me that the driver was told by dispatch to drop the trailer in the Out of Service Line. That's why he's not sure what's wrong. Ok I get that. I personally would have wrote per dispatch on their. Their guy gets with dispatch to see if there's any notes on the trailer. There isn't
