            This is my squat rack. Held 275#. Sketchy about going 300#+. Need to try and build something out of 4x4 maybe.

              Carried, mixed and poured 21 bags of concrete. Will finish off with a few 12 oz curls for cool down.

                Running, biking, lots of calisthenics. Some weight training using deep cycle batteries and a set of spindles I had taken off of my truck. Been getting in some good workouts
