Anyone have experience with Condor knives out of El Salvador

I have a couple of their machetes and they are awesome. I have beat the hell out of them chopping brush and they keep a great edge but do get heavy after swinging them for a couple of hours. They are not flimsy blades, they have a lot of steel in them.

Just got one of their knives for Christmas, the swamp romper, it’s nothing fancy but seems like it will be just a good functional knife.

They use a variety of different types of steel on different models 420C ,440HC , 1095
I have looked but never bought, steel offered is similar to buck models

I was a dealer for them 12+ years ago. The quality was high for the price range back then.

Cool. Got one as a gift for Xmas. Seems pretty decent, nice sheath too
