What kind of lawyer would I need?

Hate to bring this back up, but I have had it!!! Been dealing with Nissan of Greenville, Nissan Motors Finance and the GAP insurance that they sell since September 2020 when my truck got totaled. GAP is refusing to even let me talk with a supervisor to find out what is going on. Finance dept at the dealership has been no help along with the owner of the dealership.

So back to my question, what kind of lawyer would I need to speak with? I know some have different specific things they deal/work on. I know I will need to get a good one.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
