Well all spring bear hunts in Alaska have been canceled until may 31st for Residents and Non Residents. So if you drew a tag or paid for a hunt let’s see what happens. I know I have been putting a ton of money, time and effort into baiting for black bears and brown bears this year and it was taken away in a blink of an eye. There’s a petition out right now if you feel like signing. I’m sickened by the whole situation. I would have never thought Alaska would have fell into this trap.

Wow, sorry for you loosing time/money. I wonder if this has something to do with: I seen something that said Chinese say there is something in Bear organs that will help fight the Virus. There's been a lot of poaching due to Chinese medicine/potions for the Bear population in the states. Maybe they're trying to stop any crazy people trying to get crazy antidotes because of this pandemic. -

I’d get ready guys. Everybody has stood by whole rights have been stripped. Many here agree with it. Dove/deer season here are in danger. Texas brings in lots of out of State hunters. With college football and NFL allready in talks we are in danger of no 2020 because of travel. Texas is one of the largest hunting destinations in the 48. Hang onComment

Lots of trips and hunts getting cancelled. One of my hunts included. Am I mad about it getting canceled? No. I’m bummed, but oh well. The animals will always be there next year.Comment
