Default Big bore Hog medicine

I finally got to hunt this evening for hogs w the Air Force Texas SS in .457. I bought it on TBH from our very own world famous Gar Guy. This thing is a blast to shoot and the hog was DRT at 50 yards. I apologize for the bad picture.

Looks like it makes a pretty good hog canon too. He cheated though.... I already had it trained when he got it.

Yes, but I shot him before dark. The coyote cannon is just about as powerful as my Air Force .457 . It's a great combo!!!

I bought them from Nielsen Speciality Ammo. 240 gr hollow point. Not totally sure on velocity but between 800-900 fps I believe. This gun generates about 400 ft lbs of energy at muzzle. Some of the new Air Force guns are up to 800 ft lbs.

Congrats and KAP! Laid it down!
So basically it shoots about the same as a standard .45acp without the noise?
Subsonic. Very cool.

The SS version that I have is also suppressed. I haven heard the unsuppressed version, but I've been told it is significantly quieter.

I no , as long as they can only be used on an air gun.
