If you knew* how to read and retain what you read....

"Not a difficult fix but we didn't want to start tearing into it with concerns of voiding the warranty"

I understand about voiding the warranty but if all that is needed is an adjustment I’m not driving 175 miles. All my feeders have a lifetime warranty since I built them I’m the warranty department. Whatever breaks gets fixed by me at no charge to the wildlife in the area.

I'm with you! If its completely crapped out, then it's going back, but I can fix/adjust/modify them better than the goobers building them!

Am I the only one who never uses a warranty on anything?

I would have fixed that sucker on the spot before making that drive and the thought of a warranty would have never crossed my mind.
