        We can't just gloss over this right here. What's the deal? Link to the story? In the past the MODS have been pretty good about getting rid of folks like this and deleting their info from the site.

            Please expound. Creating a LLC forms a new entity separate from the owner. So if the company is sued, the company can be held liable rather than an individual. A SP is an individual, so if sued, you are personally responsible.
