What did you do to keep air bubbles out of the epoxy? I have a dresser I am wanting to do something very similar with. I have never worked with clear epoxy before and understand that it can be a bit challenging to get the imperfections out.
I poured just enough to cover the bottom ( small rocks) first, every pour I would go over with a propane tourch and pop the bubbles. I did have a bunch of them in the top layer and had to router it out 1/4” deep and re pour. There is still a some tiny bubbles in it but they are hard to see. And yes it’s a messy pain in the *** doing these. I painted the leaves then covered them with polyurethane before pouring.

Yes real rocks and leaves, I had to repaint them “ yellow” after allowing them to dry. Then painted the elk on with acrylics.
