I was supposed to have carpal tunnel surgery Tuesday but postponed it and got another round of cortisone shots instead

Lol- yeah I instantly second guessed my decision when we took off the bandages to reveal this mess. All I care about is relieving the long term pain I was having that would only get worse.

I had hammer toe surgery and it’s no fun. A couple of days into it my wife was throwing a ball for the dog. He chased it, lost traction, and slid into this big decorative panel my wife had leaning against the wall. It started to fall on him so I reached out to catch it and missed it by about a half inch. It missed the dog and landed on my toe. Have you ever opened your mouth and nothing came out? Each one of those toes have what looks like a finishing nail in it as well as part or all of the joint removed. Feeling your pain bro!
